We are looking for a senior professional to shape and drive the regional agenda for Scandinavia. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Scandinavia and the regional leadership team to translate strategy into execution, align priorities across areas and functions, and ensure the region delivers on its most important transformation objectives.

The position combines strategic thinking, strong execution, and proactive stakeholder management, with broad exposure to regional leadership and decision-making. You will be a key part of the region’s leadership environment, helping translate priorities into clear actions, follow-up and results and drive the region on its change journey.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Own the regional strategy and execution agenda in partnership with the Head of Scandinavia and leadership team. This includes independently managing, driving, and making decisions on key projects across the region – aimed at executing on our set agenda.
  • Lead the governance and follow-up of the region’s key priorities and transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure effective decision-making, prioritisation and accountability across the leadership team.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across areas and support leaders in resolving trade-offs.
  • Prepare leadership forums and key decision materials with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Be accountable for follow-through and performance, working on setting up the right governance.
  • Translate complex topics into clear communication, concise storytelling and actionable next steps.
  • Support continuity during leadership transitions and help maintain momentum through change.
  • Act as a senior representative for the region in strategic discussions and change initiatives.
  • Serve as direct manager to the Executive Assistant, overseeing performance, workload, and professional development.
  • Have a dotted line to projects resources across the full Region Scandinavia organisation, helping orchestrate the agenda across the region.

About you

We are looking for a senior profile with the confidence to operate independently, challenge constructively and build trust across a complex stakeholder landscape. In this role, you will need to combine strategic judgement with strong execution and the ability to stay close to detail when needed.

You likely have:

  • 10+ years of experience in a business partner, chief of staff, strategy, PMO or similar senior coordination role
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation
  • A proactive, service-minded and highly trustworthy approach.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and follow-up capability
  • High integrity, discretion and sound judgement
  • Fluency in English; Danish and/or Swedish is an advantage

Practicalities about the position

This is a permanent full-time position located in Stockholm, Sweden. We expect you to be mostly on-site, with the possibility to work from home some days. Some travel across Scandinavia will be required.

The role will interact with stakeholders across Region Scandinavia and wider Falck.

The starting day will be as soon as possible once we have found the right candidate.
